The Musquodoboit Valley Emergency Food Bank has operated very successfully for almost twenty years. The original concept was developed by local residents and Social Service Providers in response to a growing need for such an enterprise.

This Food Bank is not sponsored by any specific organization but depends solely on the goodwill of individuals, churches, schools, hospitals, businesses and local community groups, for which we are sincerely grateful.

A great part of our ongoing success is not only due to this continuing goodwill and support but also to the Bicentennial Theatre Board of Directors, who donate generous and adequate facilities for our use.
