This breed requires regular grooming.

Should be brushed with stiff bristle brush regularly.

Can be combed through and all dead hair removed.

Trimming of hair between pads of feet may be necessary.

Long feathering on edge of ears may require regular trimming.

Bathing is only required if and when necessary.

A professional groom once or twice a year would be beneficial.

Inside of ears should be checked often and kept clean.

Depending on individual dog, nails should be kept short and trimmed approx. every 4 - 6 weeks.
