Regular brushing of hard wiry coat is important.

Brushing is even more important when dog is shedding.

Bathe or dry shampoo only when necessary.

Dog should be professionally trimmed at least twice yearly.

Hair on body is left long like a skirt. Hair on face is lightly trimmed and brushed forward.

This breeds sheds very little hair.

Check inside of ears and keep clean.

Check eyes and teeth regularly.

Depending on individual, nails should be trimmed at least every four to six week, plus/minus.
