Temperament:Super smart, sensitive and a great companion.

Behaviour with Children: If socialized when young, most are good with children, but there are some that are not.

Behaviour with other dogs and pets:On the whole, very good.

Activity Level: Excessive exercise is unnecessary, although will be in better health if receives reasonably regular exercise.

Obedience Abilitiy: Excellent.

Expected Life Span: Approximately 12 - 15 years plus/minus.

Watch Dog: Very good watchdog but tend to bark excessively.

Living Environment: Reasonably active indoors, back yard is an added bonus so dog can run and play off the leash, but can do without one if regularly exercised. Sometrimes inclined to be reserved with strangers.
