With Other Pets:   Generally good, however, as their instinct is for hunting, may chase smaller animals.

Obedience Ability:  Due to independent character, obedience ability not great, will benefit from early training with firm but soft hand.

Life Span:  Approx. 10 - 15 Years - plus/minus.

Living Environment:  Requires a home with at least a back yard. Requires exercise.

Health Issues:   For the most part, a healthy breed. As with all breeds, there are specific health issues connected with this breed that can arise. Best to check with veterinarian and breeders.
